Dit blog is alweer de laatste of Kitale. Inmiddels ben ik ook niet meer in Kenia maar In Johannesburg Zuid Afrika. De laatste week stondt in het teken van afronden van het zeven en alle data verzamelen. Donderdag was de laatste dag van Ylva en Collins voordat zij naar Sweden gingen, Op dinsdag hebben we gezamenlijk gekookt, Marjolein en ik het hoofdgerecht en het na en voorgerecht van Collins en Ylva Het werdt Avocado salsa en cinnamoncake het hoofdgerecht was iets met zoete aardappel helaas nergens te vinden dus toen maar aardappelschotel metannanas gehakt en cocos. Even over de markt en zoeken in town blijft toch weer een leuke uitdaging! Woensdagochtend nog naar de souvenirmarkt in Karibuni waar Mathilda en Kefar al op ons wachten, ik krijg alweer een speciaal cadeau wat ik zelf mag kiezen. Kefar heeft een van onze pups gekocht en verteld dat ze het goed doet in hun gezin. Vrijdag pak ik alles in zodat we zaterdag de hele dag naar de African Child day kunnen. We zijn tenslotte guests of Honour (eregasten) We nemen plaats in het midden tussen de ministers en belangrijke mensen. Het thema is kinderen met beperkingen. De school waar het gehouden wordt is speciaal voor kinderen met verstandelijke en of lichamelijke beperkingen. Het is een hele belevenis, en met een korte speech van ons en nog veel andere muziek activiteiten, lange speeches en een lunch vult het onze dag wel! S avonds om 19.00 uur vertrek ik voor de lange bustocht van 8 uur naar Nairobi. we komen lang voor mij bekende plaatsen en ik herken het inderdaad van vorig jaar ook al is het donkder nu. Om 4.15 uur komen we na een lange rit die door ons rustig is gereden. Met langsvliegende matatu's en andere bussen. aan in Nairobi. Ik wacht daar tot 5.45 uur om naar de airport te gaan om in te checken slechts 23.4 kilo en dan wacht ik op Sara die mij speciaal gedag komt zeggen ! Ze is er om 8 uur en om 8,30 moet ik echt gaan boarden. Ze vergeten nog bijna om mijn gele vaccinatieboekje terug te geven!! Ook loop ik Erik net mis op het vliegveld door dat het toch wel krap is. Na 4 uur vliegen langs prachtige natuur, Wat is onze schepping vanuit de lucht toch altijd zo een mooi kunstwerk!! Kilimanjaro nog gezien ook Lake Malawi arriveer ik in het 20 graden koudere Johannesburg! Morgen begint de tour om 8.00 uur ik kijk er echt naar uit! en hoop jullie op de hoogte te houden!

This blog is the last out of Kitale. Now I'm not in Kenya anymore but in Johannesburg South Africa. The last week stoodest dedicated to completing the seven and all data collection. Thursday was the last day of Ylva and Collins around, before coming to Sweden went, On Tuesday, we jointly cooked, Marjolein and I the main course and the dessert and an appetizer by Collins and Ylva It was avocado salsa and cinnamon cake and the main course was something sweet potato unfortunately nowhere to be found. so then we maked it with Irish potatoes for the dish and coconut an mince meat Just across the market and searching in town again remains a fun challenge! Wednesdaymorning we went to the souvenir market at Karibuni Mathilda and Kefar alreadywaiting for us, I get another special gift what ever I choose. Kefar has purchased one of our puppies and told that she is doing well in theirfamily. Friday I wrapped up everything so we couldt thak Saturday all day to day to the African Child. We are, after all guests of Honour.We took a seat in the middle between the ministers and important people. The theme is children with disabilities. The school where the account is specifically for children with mental and or physical disabilities. It is an experience, and with a short speech from us and many other musical activities, long speeches and a lunch fills our day it is! At night I leave at 19.00 for the 8-hour long bus ride to Nairobi. we are long familiar places for me and I recognize the fact last year even though the donkder now. At 4.15 pm we arrive after a long drive by our quiet ride. With long flying matatu and other buses aside. in Nairobi. I wait there until 5.45 hours to get to the airport to go to check in only 23.4 pounds luggage and then I wait for Sara to come say especially goodbye to me ! She is there at 8 am and at 8.30 I really need to go for boarding. They have almost forgotten my to give back my vaccination certificate! Also I just missed Erik at the airport that it quite tight. After 4 hours flying along beautiful nature, what is our creation from the air always as a beautiful work of art! Kilimanjaro is also seen Lake Malawi I arrive in Johannesburg 20 degrees Celsius colder! Tomorrow the tour starts at 8.00 am I am really looking forward to it! and hope to keep you informed!
